Scott Gilmour is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in well construction and operational excellence. Currently, they manage a $250M business for SLB in North America, overseeing more than 260 employees and driving significant growth and market share. Previously, Scott held various leadership roles across Europe, Africa, and the Gulf of Mexico, enhancing P&L and spearheading strategic projects. They began their career at M-I SWACO as a field specialist and have progressed through roles in project and operations management. Scott holds a Master’s degree in Accountancy and Management Studies from Aberdeen University.
