Seddik BELFAR has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, beginning with a role as Artificial Lift Senior Field Engineer at Schlumberger from July 2012 to December 2019. In this position, Seddik demonstrated proficiency in ESP installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of surface equipment, as well as downhole gauges and cable shop operations. Additionally, responsibilities included managing teams, conducting failure analysis, and ensuring effective communication with clients.
