Shanthini P

Shanthini P is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at SLB, with a strong background in aerospace engineering. They hold dual Master's degrees from Nanyang Technological University and Technical University Munich, and started their career as a GRDP Engineer at Schlumberger, where they discovered a passion for continuous improvement. Their diverse experience includes roles at IBM, Rolls-Royce, and various internships, showcasing their expertise in lean manufacturing and team collaboration. Outside of their professional pursuits, Shanthini is also a trained classical dancer with interests in progressive rock music, reading, baking, and strength training.
