Shashank Shetty is currently a student at the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. As the BMS Lead for NITKRacing from 2022 to 2026, Shashank oversaw the design and implementation of a custom Battery Management System for an electric vehicle. Shashank also completed a summer internship at Caterpillar Inc. in 2025 and is currently serving as an Electrical Engineering Intern at SLB, which began in 2026.
