Stéphane Mainier is an Embedded Software Team Lead at Schlumberger, where they currently lead a team of six firmware engineers developing next-generation downhole tools. With prior experience as a Project Manager and Software & Firmware Team Lead at Schlumberger from 2012 to 2017, Stéphane made significant contributions to the Pulsar® tool's architecture and firmware development. Earlier in their career, Stéphane worked as a consultant for ALTRAN Technologies, creating display specifications for PSA Peugeot Citroën vehicles. They completed an MSc in Embedded Systems and Electrical Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, where they also participated in creating an underwater autonomous robot for a European competition.
