Susan Spark

Susan Spark has extensive experience across multiple roles and organizations, currently serving as the Energy Committee Co-Chair at the VR/AR Association since January 2020, where efforts focus on utilizing VR/AR technology for the energy transition. Susan's long tenure at Schlumberger, beginning in August 2004, includes positions such as Learning Technology Manager, where innovation in training systems is emphasized, and several roles in HR, including North America Recruiting Administration & OFS Training Center Manager, where significant recruiting milestones were achieved. Previous experience includes analytical roles in HR compliance and recruitment, and leadership in data management services. Susan's academic background includes an MPhil in Systematic Biology from The George Washington University, with additional research experience at the Smithsonian Institution in Invertebrate Zoology.
