Tamara Anand is a Computational Software Engineer at SLB since May 2024, specializing in C++ development for scientific computing. Prior experience includes a Data Science Research Internship at SLB, where a novel machine learning proxy model for reservoir simulation was developed and prepared for publication, as well as an Energy Markets Modelling Internship at Aurora Energy Research. Tamara also participated in undergraduate research projects at the University of Cambridge and the University of Oxford, focusing on Galactic Chemical Space and Non-Local Thermodynamic Equilibrium Modelling of Exoplanetary Transmission Spectra, respectively. Tamara holds a Master's degree in Physics from the Instituto de Astrofísica de Canarias and has a background in physics and astrophysics from Imperial College London and Universidad de La Laguna, along with artistic training in drawing, painting, and sculpture from institutions in Barcelona.
