Tanima Sarkar

Tanima Sarkar is a seasoned Seismic Engineer and Geophysicist currently serving as a Senior Technology Geoscientist at Schlumberger. They have held various roles at Schlumberger since 2016, including Research Geophysicist and Commercialization Engineer, where they led QA testing and developed critical workflows for geophysical software. Prior to this, Tanima worked at WesternGeco, where they executed seismic data processing projects, and at Fugro Survey, where they processed shallow seismic data. They hold an M.Sc. in Applied Geology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee and an M.Tech. in Remote Sensing from the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
