Tom Rayder

Tom Rayder is a Principal Chemist at SLB, where they develop and deliver paraffin remediation and inhibition solutions. Previously, Tom held the position of Postdoctoral Scholar at The Ohio State University, where they pioneered cost reduction in pharmaceutical production and mentored graduate students on science communication. Their academic background includes a PhD in Chemistry from Boston College, where they set world records in CO2 conversion and secured significant funding for research. Tom has also co-founded a successful concert promotion business, enhancing the local music scene.
