Umar Chaudry

Umar Chaudry is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Process and Performance Owner at SLB. From 2018 to 2020, Umar held various key roles at Schlumberger, including HR Global Process Owner and International Benefits Lead, where they focused on global HR process design, continuous improvement, and project management. Prior to that, Umar worked as an Area HR Advisor at Boots from 2005 to 2011 and contributed as a Volunteer Recruiter for the London Olympics 2012. Umar completed a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management at Kingston University, where they graduated with commendation.
