Veronica Cassidy, CSSBB, serves as the GRDP Manager at SLB since August 2021, overseeing the Global Rotation Development Program for fresh engineers and managing over 80 GRDP engineers to enhance their manufacturing skills. With a strong focus on measuring program performance and strategic expansion, Veronica plays a key role in driving SLB's North Star Initiative and expanding the program internationally. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Cameron, where responsibilities ranged from Quality Supervisor to Lean Champion, with a background in engineering support, continuous improvement, and cost reduction strategies. Veronica holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Houston and completed the Schlumberger Frontline Management School.
