Victor Tan

Victor Tan is an experienced tax professional with a strong background in indirect tax analysis and cash management. At SLB, from December 2022 to January 2025, Victor served as a Senior Indirect Tax Analyst, focusing on VAT and WHT compliance for multiple entities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. Prior to this role, Victor held several positions at SLB, including Senior Cash Management & FX Treasury Analyst and Senior Statutory and Tax Analyst. Earlier experience includes a Senior Associate role at KPMG Malaysia in IT Advisory and working as a Financial Specialist - Indirect Tax at Baker Hughes, where Victor contributed to tax process migration and compliance across various jurisdictions. Victor holds a Master's degree in Sustainable Development Management from Jeffrey Sachs Center - Sunway University, along with a CPA from CPA Australia and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Lancaster University.
