Will Goertzen

Will Goertzen possesses extensive experience in the field of engineering, particularly in polymer materials for energy applications. Will served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Tulsa from 2003 to 2005, later continuing as an NSF Graduate Research Fellow at Iowa State University until 2007. Will's industry experience includes multiple roles at SLB from February 2021 to August 2022, culminating in the position of Center Engineering Manager and covering responsibilities as a Chief Polymer Engineer. Will also contributed to academia as an Assistant Professor of Engineering at John Brown University from July 2012 to June 2013. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tulsa and a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Iowa State University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a concentration in Mechanical Engineering from John Brown University.
