Yao Yao

Yao Yao is a dedicated Failure Analysis Engineer at Schlumberger, where they have been engaged in failure root cause analysis and materials characterization since 2019. With over three years of hands-on experience in AI/ML techniques, including LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering, Yao promotes corrosion and fracture prevention awareness as a subject matter expert. Prior to their current role, they served as a Senior Product Engineer at TelcoMotion, managing complex projects and ensuring product quality through various engineering methodologies. Yao holds a Master’s degree in Materials Engineering from the University of Houston and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science at The University of Texas at Austin.
