Pauline Heeley

Pauline Heeley is a Curriculum and Quality Manager with over 20 years of leadership experience in further education, ASN schools, and third sector organizations. Currently, at South Lanarkshire College, they oversee curricular design and quality assurance for multiple courses, including Supported Courses and Psychology. Pauline has held various roles, including Principal Teacher and Acting Depute Head in both secondary and primary ASN settings, and has managed initiatives for children with diverse needs in organizations such as Barnardo's and Sense Scotland. Their commitment to equity in education drives their efforts to create inclusive learning environments for all learners.
