Marion Désormeaux has over a decade of experience in BtoC marketing, particularly in the health and beauty sectors, having spent six years in the Middle East. Currently, Marion facilitates carbon footprint reduction workshops through their role at 2tonnes and serves as a facilitator for Climate Fresk, focusing on environmental education and sustainability. Marion is also the founder of HEY Consulting, which aims to help individuals and organizations understand and mitigate climate change. Prior to shifting career paths, Marion held various marketing leadership positions, including a role as Communication and Marketing Manager for Guerlain in the Middle East. They hold a Master's Degree from HEC School of Management.
