IT Technical Lead at Sledgehammer Games

Melissa Halstead has over 23 years of work experience in the IT industry. Melissa'smost recent role was as an IT Technical Lead at Sledgehammer Games, starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an IT Business Partner at The Body Shop from April 2022 to August 2022.

From July 2017 to February 2022, Melissa served as an IT Manager at Sushi Sushi. Before that, they owned their own business, JDM IT, from November 2014 to December 2021.

Melissa also held the position of IT Manager at Konica Minolta Marketing Services from September 2016 to June 2017. Melissa'searliest role was as a System Administrator at Redflex Traffic Systems from November 1998 to February 2003, where they managed a growing network with sites in multiple countries utilizing Virtual Private Networks.

Melissa completed their Bachelor of Computing degree in Information Systems and Computer Technology at Monash University from 1995 to 1998.

Melissa attended HPE Education Services in 2019 for a course called "H6LH8S: Introduction to HPE Nimble Storage."

In 2011, Melissa underwent Systems Administration Training at Technology One.

Melissa pursued a Coaching to Coach course at Pi Learning International in 2008.

Melissa took Cisco Networking Units 1 & 2 at Box Hill Institute in 2001, focusing on Cisco.

In 2021, Melissa attended the First Aid Management & Training Centre to obtain their Sports Trainer Level 1 certification.

Melissa acquired the HLTAID001 certification "Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation" in 2021 from Australia Wide First Aid.

Melissa obtained the HLTAID002 certification "Provide basic emergency life support" from Australia Wide First Aid in 2019.

In the same year, Melissa also received the HLTAID003 certification "Provide First Aid" from Australia Wide First Aid.
