Prior experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at Groov, championing mental wellbeing in the workplace, and co-founding and leading Howamigoing, an award-winning platform enhancing feedback culture for employees. Jules's earlier roles in investment banking at J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, and Gresham Partners involved corporate finance for various sectors, along with contributions to the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute as a committee member.
