Sam Lee

Sam Lee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business solutions and operations management. Currently serving as a Business Solutions Specialist at Travis Intelligent Messaging since January 2019, Sam focuses on improving business communications through AI-driven automation. Simultaneously, Sam has been an Operations Associate at TasteOut Hong Kong since July 2018, managing accounts with restaurants, overseeing event management for marketing campaigns, and providing customer support. Earlier experience includes a role as a Digital Marketing Intern at ACFUN, where Sam analyzed customer behavior. Sam holds a Bachelor’s degree in China Business from City University of Hong Kong and completed an exchange program in China Taxation, Law & Economics at Shanghai University in 2014.
