Maria Larsson

Maria Larsson has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Maria is currently working as a Machine Learning Engineer at Sleep Cycle since May 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Crew member at Gothenburg Startup Hack starting in October 2018. From March 2020 to May 2021, Maria was a Machine Learning Engineer at Smartr. Maria also worked as a Data Scientist at Mat.se from October 2019 to February 2020, and as a tf Tech Team Lead from March 2019 to September 2019. Before that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Sigma Embedded Engineering from August 2017 to March 2019. Maria also has experience as an Android developer and Scrum Master at Volvo Trucks from April 2018 to February 2019, and as an Image Quality Engineer at Hasselblad from August 2017 to February 2018. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Master Thesis Student at Findwise AB from January 2017 to June 2017. Maria also gained experience as a Junior Tester at Delphi from August 2016 to December 2016, and as a Sales associate at Elgiganten from January 2016 to August 2016.

Maria first attended Västerhöjdsgymnasiet from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a gymnasieexamen with a focus on Naturvetenskap - Språk. Following this, they enrolled at Chalmers University of Technology from 2012 to 2015 and received a kandidatexamen in Datateknik. Continuing their education at the same institution, they completed their civilingenjörsexamen in Algorithms, Logic, and Language from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, Maria Larsson obtained certifications in Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in June 2018 and SAFe Scrum Master from Knowit in September 2018.
