Robert Tait

Robert Tait, CPA, currently serves as the Manager of Internal Assurance at Sleep Number Corporation since August 2020. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Auditor at The Mosaic Company, where responsibilities encompassed leading business and IT SOX testing and managing audit plans for FCPA compliance from 2015 to 2019. Tait’s background also features positions as an Internal Audit Analyst at Nash Finch Company and as Audit Staff at Ernst & Young, LLP, contributing to audit processes for both large and small enterprises. Earlier roles include financial analysis at Wells Fargo and management at Tait's Natural Foods. Tait earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
