Steve Woolley

Steve Woolley is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as the Vice President of Corporate FP&A and Integrated Planning at Sleep Number Corporation since January 2024. Woolley previously held the position of Vice President of Corporate FP&A at Cargill from January 2023 to January 2024, where a focus on enterprise-wide commercial finance transformation was emphasized. Prior to Cargill, Woolley worked at GE as Senior Executive Director of Corporate FP&A, leading FP&A transformation initiatives and contributing to the company's separation management efforts from January 2021 to January 2023. At Resideo from January 2018 to December 2021, Woolley advanced financial transformation strategies and established the Corporate FP&A function. Woolley's career includes significant roles at Honeywell, where multiple finance projects, including the Resideo spin-off and an $800M acquisition, were successfully managed. Woolley holds an MBA in Finance, Marketing, and Strategy from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management, as well as a BA in History from Ripon College.
