Sun Lee

Sun Lee has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and solutions architecture. They started their career at MCI WorldCom in 1998 as a Software Engineer III, where they were involved in developing internal applications and converting legacy applications to web applications. In 2004, they worked as a contractor at McLeodUSA, focusing on developing and bug fixing for XML and XSLT driven PDF print packages.

They joined PTC in 2004 and held multiple roles within the company. As a Senior Software Engineer, they functioned as a tech lead and developer in the Windchill Configuration Management area. They worked closely with the product owner to clarify requirements and provide approaches for new feature development. They later moved on to become the Korea R&D Manager/Scrum Master/Windchill Tech Lead, where they built a new R&D team in PTC Korea and provided training on R&D strategies and agile development processes. They then transitioned to the role of Senior Technical Consultant, managing new feature development and defect resolution in Windchill Configuration Management, coordinating with scrum teams across multiple countries. Finally, they served as a Technical Fellow, further advancing their technical expertise and contributions to the company.

Most recently, Sun Lee joined Sleep Number Corporation in 2021 as a Principal Solutions Architect.

Sun Lee attended The University of Tulsa from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. From 2005 to 2013, Sun Lee pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Software Engineering at the University of Saint Thomas. In terms of additional certifications, Sun Lee obtained the "Inside the Breach" certification from LinkedIn in May 2020.
