Mark Williams

Mark Williams is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in infrastructure operations, cloud adoption, and customer support. Currently serving as an Advisor at SleepDev LLC and as CTO at TachTech, Williams has made significant contributions to the Open Alliance for Cloud Adoption since 2017, particularly in developing AI maturity models. Previous roles include CTO at Redapt, Inc., where leadership in Cloud/DevOps services was established, and VP of Infrastructure Operations at Zynga, where infrastructure capacity was scaled dramatically. Williams also held key positions at SupportSoft, Inc., and Net Daemons Associates, alongside early career roles in systems administration and scientific programming. Williams earned a B.S. in Cognitive Science and Computer Science from UC San Diego.
