Marina Storozhenko is an experienced professional in e-commerce and customer experience management, currently serving as the B2C E-Commerce and Customer Experience Manager at the Sleeper since June 2020. Marina has successfully managed online store operations, driving a 15% sales increase through innovative features and new payment methods, while creating a robust email marketing strategy. Prior to this role, Marina was the Head of Customer Support at Petcube, where a customer support department was built from the ground up, achieving significant process optimizations and improved customer experience.
