Katherine Ishak

Katherine Ishak has over 13 years of work experience. In 2020, they joined Sleeper as an Operations Manager. Sleeper is a startup that builds mobile apps for fantasy sports leagues, and they were employee #23 after the company's Series B round. Her projects included standardizing hiring and onboarding, managing the immigration program, and developing corporate policy. Prior to this, they worked at Alameda County as a Senior Auditor from 2007. In this role, they were responsible for accounting duties and mentoring junior staff and leading the summer intern program.

Katherine Ishak graduated from California State University - East Bay in 2001 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting. Katherine has also completed Certificates in Human Resources Management from Coursera, University of Minnesota and Human Resources from Forbes Online.
