Yael Berman

Yael Berman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Big Health since April 2024, Berman previously held the position of Strategic Advisor at Optum from October 2023 to April 2024. At AbleTo Inc., Berman's tenure spanned nearly a decade, during which roles included Chief Growth Officer, SVP of Strategic Solutions and Chief of Staff to the CEO, Vice President of Client Solutions, Senior Director of Enterprise Growth, Director of Operations, and Senior Manager of Operations. Earlier career experience includes working as a Restructuring Associate and Analyst at Alvarez & Marsal, contributing to significant financial and operational restructuring efforts, notably for Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. Berman holds a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Duke University.
