Natalie O’Kane is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in patient operations and customer service. Since January 2012, Natalie has served as the Director of Patient Operations at SleepQuest, overseeing multiple teams, including Medical Records, Qualification, and Patient Relations, while managing a total of 17 staff members. Prior to this role, Natalie enhanced the efficiency of various departments as a Customer Service Manager and supported executive operations as a Special Projects Coordinator. Natalie holds an MA in Creative Writing from Queen's University Belfast and a BA in English from the University of San Francisco.
