Paula Redondo

Paula Redondo has a long history of work experience. Paula began their career in 2000 as a System Developer at Tecnet Tecnologia. In 2003, they joined SupportComm as an IT Operations Leader, and then moved on to FS in 2014 as a Head of Technical Product and Project. In 2019, they became both Co-Founder & CTO of SleepUp and Head of Information Technology and Projects at Easy Dot Work. In all of their roles, Paula has been responsible for the development, testing and infrastructure team, building a high performance team, automated testing of Android and IOS applications, AWS cloud infrastructure with performance, availability and security. Paula has also been responsible for the implementation of agile process using the Scrum framework, managing the products, understanding the client's needs, specifying the project and structuring backlog for Sprints prioritization. Additionally, Paula has managed the development, deployment, sizing, and testing of a modular system of a broad array of cloud and solution networks, as well as the management and training of the development and architecture teams in an Agile environment.

Paula Redondo has an education history that includes an MBA from USP - São Paulo University in Software Technology from 2006 to 2008, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from UMESP - Metodista University in São Paulo from 1998 to 2002. Paula also has certifications in Lean Six Sigma from Fundação Vanzolini (obtained in October 2018), Practitioner in PNL from SBPNL Educação Corporativa (obtained in September 2017), Professional Scrum Master I® from Scrum.org (obtained in September 2017), and Leader of the Future from Crescimentum (obtained in August 2017).
