Stephanie Romiszewski has extensive work experience in the field of sleep medicine. Stephanie is currently working as the Chief Medical Officer at re:sleep by Sleepyhead Program Ltd since March 2019. Prior to that, Stephanie worked at Sleepyhead Clinic as a Director starting in May 2014. In this role, they specialized in Cognitive Behavioral therapy for Insomnia (CBTI), provided support for complex sleep cases, conducted medical legal work, trained clinicians, and advised on corporate wellbeing. Stephanie also served as a sleep advisor for BBC and various other media groups.

Stephanie's earlier work experience includes roles at Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Trust. Stephanie worked as a Specialist Occupational Sleep Physiologist starting in July 2020. Before that, they held positions as a Specialist Sleep Physiologist, Specialist Insomnia Physiologist, and Senior Clinical Sleep Physiologist. In these roles, they provided services such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), obstructive sleep apnea diagnostics and treatment, and teaching and advising sleep medicine to other disciplines.

Stephanie has also worked as a Sleep Expert at LloydsPharmacy from August 2022 to February 2023 and as a Sleep Health Guru at Holland & Barrett from October 2021 to October 2022. Stephanie was a Sleep Wellness Content Creator at LloydsPharmacy from July 2020 to June 2021. Furthermore, Stephanie served as a Bensons For Beds Sleep Expert at Bensons for Beds from October 2018 to October 2019.

Stephanie has also utilized their expertise in sleep medicine as an Expert Witness for Bristows Law Firm in sleep medicine cases at the High Court from June 2017 to October 2017. Stephanie appeared as a Sleep Expert on Channel 4's Secrets of Sleep television series from July 2016 to February 2017, where they diagnosed and treated contributors with various sleep disorders using behavioral sleep medicine and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBTI) techniques, as well as continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) for patients with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Stephanie started their career as an Insomnia Specialist at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust from January 2014 to March 2014.

Stephanie Romiszewski obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Surrey, graduating in the year 2007. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at the University of Glasgow from 2011 to 2013, completing a Master's degree in Behavioural Sleep Medicine.
