Fran Roger has had a varied work experience since 2015. In that year, they worked as a Communications Officer for Université de Caen Normandie and as a Packaging Technician for JCDecaux. In 2016, they worked as Laboratory Technicians for both Labocea and UMR BOREA. In 2017, they worked as a Seasonal Production Assistant for LUSH FRESH HANDMADE COSMETICS North America and as a Bilingual Customer Service Associate for Sears Canada. In 2018, they worked as a Bilingual Benefits Services Representative for OTIP (Ontario Teachers Insurance Plan). In 2019, they worked as a Bilingual Health and Dental Claims Adjudicator for Equitable Life of Canada. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Product (User Experience) Designer for Slice Labs.

Fran Roger attended Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology from 2020 to 2022, where they obtained an Interactive Media Design degree. Prior to that, they attended ILAC International College from 2016 to 2017, where they obtained a Diploma in Business Excellence. Before that, they attended Université de Caen Normandie from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a DUT in Biological/Biosystems Engineering.
