Aidan Malone

Aidan Malone has a diverse work experience in the software development field. Aidan began their career at Kainos as an Apprentice Software Engineer in November 2013, where they gained expertise in objective-c and iOS development. Aidan then joined the Evolve Mobile development team in April 2014, working on an iOS application for the NHS. Aidan continued to work at Kainos as a Software Engineer from April 2015 to March 2016.

In 2018, Aidan joined WorkPal as a Software Developer in November and remained in this role until February 2021. During this time, they honed their skills in software development.

Most recently, Aidan has been working at Slice since December 2018. Aidan started as an iOS Engineer and progressed to become a Senior iOS Engineer in December 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Staff iOS Engineer.

Aidan Malone obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physics from Queen's University Belfast, graduating in 2009. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in September 2015. Aidan has also earned multiple Microsoft certifications, such as MTA: Database Fundamentals, MTA: Security Fundamentals, MTA: Windows Server Administration Fundamentals, MTA: Networking Fundamentals, MTA: .NET Fundamentals, MTA: HTML5 Application Development Fundamentals, MTA: Web Development Fundamentals, MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional, and MTA: Software Development Fundamentals. Their Microsoft certifications were obtained between 2013 and 2015.
