Caitlin Northcote

Caitlin Northcote has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries.

Caitlin started their career as a Recruiting Intern at the University of Oregon Football Department in 2010.

In 2011, they joined Teach for America as a Special Education Algebra Teacher, where they worked to achieve educational equity in the U.S.

In 2013, Caitlin joined SinglePlatform as a Business Analyst and later became an Enterprise Account Manager and a Manager of Enterprise Account Management, helping local businesses improve their online presence and attract new customers.

In 2017, they transitioned to Slice, a technology platform that partners with local pizzerias. Caitlin served in various roles, including Restaurant Operations Manager, Senior Manager of Restaurant Innovation, Senior Manager and eventually Director of Customer Experience.

In 2020, Caitlin took on the role of Director of Post-Sales Strategy, Planning & Operations at Slice, and in 2023, they became the Director of Product Operations.

Caitlin Northcote completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Sports Business, at the University of Oregon, Lundquist College of Business from 2007 to 2011. Later, they pursued a Masters of Science in Teaching, specializing in Curriculum and Teaching, at Fordham University from 2011 to 2013.
