Don Clarke

Don Clarke is a seasoned SaaS and technology board member with extensive experience as a CFO in various public companies. They have served as Audit Chair for two publicly traded companies and led two IPOs. With a track record of successful investor exits, Clarke has sold six companies as CFO and two as a board member. Currently, they hold board member positions at Alarm.com, BigCommerce, and Slice. Clarke obtained a BS in Accounting from Virginia Tech and has previously worked with notable firms such as Price Waterhouse and Telic Corporation.
