Drew Bartnicki

Drew Bartnicki, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. They began their career as a Student Intern at Conroe Independent School District in 2012. In 2015, they worked as a Front Desk Receptionist at Jaguar Land Rover before taking on leadership roles within the Kappa Alpha Theta Beta Iota Chapter, where they served as the Director of Recruitment and Director of Human Resources. In 2016, they interned as a Human Resources Intern at Presbyterian St Lukes. They then gained experience as a Human Resources Recruiting Intern at Work for Progress in 2017. From 2018 to 2021, Drew worked at BETSOL, initially as an HR and Recruitment Coordinator and later as a Human Resources Recruiter. Their most recent position is with Slice, where they started as a Human Resources Coordinator in 2021 and were subsequently promoted to the role of Human Resources Business Partner in 2022.

Drew Bartnicki, SHRM-CP, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a Business Minor from the University of Colorado Boulder. This academic accomplishment occurred between 2014 and 2018. In February 2020, Drew Bartnicki also obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the institution known as SHRM.
