Ilir Rexha has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Ilir began their career at South East European University (SEEU), where they served as the President of the Student Parliament from September 2012 to November 2014 and as the Editor in Chief for Euroidea - Student Magazine from September 2010 to September 2012.

In 2014, Ilir joined LEORON Institute, where they started as an International Training Consultant, focusing on market research, lead generation, and sales and business development. Ilir then progressed to become the Senior Training Consultant - Team Leader in December 2017. In this role, they led a team in achieving set KPIs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting innovation. Ilir also managed existing accounts and expanded the client base of high-profile clients. Ilir played a pivotal role in enhancing the performance and productivity of underperforming consultants.

Currently, Ilir is employed at Slice, where they initially worked as a Sales Manager from May 2020 to April 2022. Ilir then transitioned into the role of Senior Sales Manager from April 2022, where they continue to harness their sales expertise and contribute to the company's growth and success.

Ilir Rexha began their education in 2010 at South East European University (SEEU), where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in 2013. Ilir then pursued further education at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, completing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from 2013 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Ilir has obtained several certifications, including a Graduate Certificate in Business Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business in August 2015. Ilir has also completed various workshops and sessions focused on customer-centric marketing, leadership skills, project management fundamentals, lean six sigma awareness, and achieving excellence in the 21st century leadership. These workshops were conducted by the LEORON Institute in 2017 and 2018 respectively.
