Justin Swain is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in restaurant operations and management. As the Director of Culinary Operations at Soujourn Philly, Justin designed and launched a successful popup restaurant and beer garden, overseeing hiring and menu development. In addition to managing various aspects of restaurant operations for multiple establishments, including Rex 1516 as Executive Chef and CookNSolo Restaurants as Director of Logistics, Justin has excelled in content creation as a podcaster for Crucible Radio, achieving over 4 million downloads. Currently, Justin is the Culinary Manager for The Dusty Druid and will assume the role of Business Owner for Slice starting in December 2025. Justin holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Science/Culinology from The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College.
