Sandra M.

Sandra M. has a diverse work experience in various industries. Sandra started their career in 2019 as a School Psychologist at OOU Naum Naumovski Borce and later transitioned to becoming a Psychologist at Acibadem Sistina Hospital. In 2021, they joined The Big Search as an Analyst, where they played a role in building high-performing teams for tech companies. Currently, Sandra is working at Slice as a Senior HR Systems Administrator, focusing on HRIS implementation and management, HR data and analytics, performance and compensation reviews, and employee engagement surveys.

Sandra M. obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. During their studies, they also attended Clear View BTC Human Resources Academy™ in 2017 and 2018, focusing on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General.

In addition to their formal education, Sandra M. has obtained several certifications. In January 2020, they received a certification in Digital Skills: Digital Marketing from Accenture. Sandra also completed a certification in COVID-19: Psychological First Aid from Public Health England in January 2021. Further, Sandra M. obtained a certification as a Certified HR Metrics & Dashboarding Specialist from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR in October 2022. Their latest certification is a Certified People Analytics Specialist, which they received from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR in March 2023.
