James Spencer has extensive experience in case management and product management, having worked as a Case Management Analyst and Product Manager at Norwel Computer Services Ltd from March 1998 to April 2016, followed by a role as a Senior Case Management Analyst at Civica from April 2016 to July 2018. Prior to these positions, James served as a Litigation Executive at Pinsent Masons from October 1995 to March 1998.
