Paul Barton

Paul Barton is the Chief Revenue Officer at SLIC Fiber, where they oversee all corporate revenue operations, including marketing, sales, and business development. Prior to this role, Paul served as President at Westelcom from 2001 to 2023, managing all corporate operations including budgeting and customer service. Paul also founded and led Geographic Internet Services Company and Vision Consulting, providing strategic planning for the telecommunications and defense industries. They began their career in the United States Air Force, where they held various program management roles, contributing to significant defense projects. Paul earned a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University between 1989 and 1992.
