Heather McCann has 11 years of experience in the customer service and project management field. Heather began their career in 2002 as a Chef Manager at ChefAdvantage, where they were responsible for food service operations and catering. During their time there, they were able to substantially improve productivity and double event revenue in less than two years. In 2007, McCann moved to Horizon Software International as a Senior Project Coordinator. Finally, in 2018, McCann joined Slickdata as a Customer Success/Project Manager.

Heather McCann attended Georgia State University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a B.S. in Hospitality Administration with a focus in Business. Heather also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration with a focus in Restaurant/Food Services Management from the same university from 1992 to 1994.
