Tim Major is the CEO of Operto Hotel AI Software, where they lead a platform that enables AI-powered automation, guest experience, and operational software for hotels and short-term rentals. A two-time founder, they previously founded Veratta and RFB; Veratta was acquired by RoomKeyPMS and RFB was acquired by Elastic Path. They have held senior leadership roles in hospitality SaaS, including CEO of RoomKeyPMS (acquired by Fullsteam) and, at Fullsteam, Group President overseeing a portfolio of five PMS companies with $50M+ in revenue and $25M+ in EBITDA.
