Nearly 60 years after Vail’s first Realtor, Rod Slifer, set up his brokerage on Bridge Street, SSF continues to execute a luxury real estate vision that prioritizes service, local expertise and careful stewardship of this incredible valley. Headquartered in Avon, Colorado, SSF has grown to include a team of more than 250 brokers and 100 support staff across 30+ locations spanning the Vail Valley, the Roaring Fork Valley, Summit County and Denver. Our brokers have an average of 20 years’ experience, providing clients with an unsurpassed wealth of local knowledge.

In 2020, SSF was the No. 1 real estate firm in the Vail Valley and Summit County and the No. 1 independent firm in the Roaring Fork Valley, with nearly 2,300 transactions totaling $3.6 billion in sales volume across all three regions. SSF has listed and sold more property than any other real estate firm in the valley and maintains leading market share in most neighborhoods today. SSF brokers work with you on every detail — from open house to closing day — to sell your most personal asset.

Our brokers are involved in the majority of transactions across three regions, which provides our clients the unique advantage of receiving the most up-to-date information on the entire market, including new listings and projects.
