Lakmini Malasinghe

Lakmini Malasinghe has an extensive academic background and experience in telecommunications and electronic engineering. Malasinghe began as a Lecturer and Instructor at the University of Moratuwa from September 2010 to January 2012 before advancing to various roles at SLIIT, including Assistant Lecturer, Senior Lecturer (Higher Grade), and Assistant Professor from February 2012 to June 2015. Currently, Malasinghe is on study leave after completing a PhD as a Researcher at the University of the West of Scotland from October 2015 to January 2020. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Telecommunications from the University of Moratuwa, a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic and Communications Engineering from The University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus, and secondary education at Devi Balika Vidyalaya, Colombo.
