Javier Brignone has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources and entrepreneurship. Javier is currently the CEO & Co-Founder of Slik, a position they have held since April 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of HR at Wenance from April 2018 to April 2019.

In terms of entrepreneurship, Javier was a Co-Founder of SpreadShout, an Employee and Brand Advocacy Platform, from September 2013 to August 2016. Javier led the startup process and closed deals with clients in Latin America and the US.
Javier began their career as a Personnel Supervisor at Servicio Total S.A. from January 1999 to January 2003, where they supervised safety standards, assisted in payroll, and monitored attendance clocks.
