Wouter Konings

Wouter Konings has a diverse work experience in the field of design and engineering. Wouter is the founder of PhoneCam, a company that specializes in miniaturized and affordable AI body cameras. Prior to that, Wouter worked as the Design Director and Founder of SLIMDESIGN, a design and R&D partner for smart consumer electronics. Wouter also worked as a Senior Design Engineer at npk industrial design, where they were responsible for project coordination and advising on ideas and concepts. Wouter has also held positions at Philips and Dyson, where they worked as a Senior Design Engineer and Design Engineer, respectively. During their time at Dyson, they were involved in projects related to vacuum cleaners and washing machines, taking on responsibilities such as idea generation, concept design, detailing, and production.

Wouter Konings pursued their education at The Hague University of Applied Sciences from 1990 to 1995. Wouter successfully completed a degree in Industrial and Product Design during this time.
