Private basketball trainers and academy operators have no workable option for session tracking. Enterprise systems like Catapult are built for pro and college teams, with contracts and player minimums that shut out a single academy. Consumer trackers were never built for a trainer running fifteen kids a day.

Slingshot is a session-load wearable built for basketball training academies. An arm-worn sensor pod records each session, the trainer reads one Session Load Score per player, and every parent gets a one-page weekly report. The score is built from sprint intensity, jump events, and movement intensity zones. Directional, not clinical.

Three student founders, based in Los Angeles. First boards are in production, with on-body testing and pilot academies in Southern California this summer.
