Peter Shaffern

Peter Shaffern has extensive experience in the IT industry. Peter currently holds the position of Associate Director of End User Services at Slipstream IT, a role they began in July 2022. Prior to this, they were the Service Desk Manager at Slipstream IT, starting in July 2021.

Before joining Slipstream IT, Peter worked at C3i for a significant period of time. Peter held the position of Help Desk Manager - Six Sigma Black Belt from March 2010 to July 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Help Desk Supervisor from January 2008 to March 2010.

Throughout their career, Peter has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of IT service management.

Peter Shaffern attended West Side Vocational Technical School from 2000 to 2004, where they studied A+ computer hardware and software. In addition to their education, Peter obtained several certifications, including Comptia A+ in June 2004 and Six Sigma Green Belt and Six Sigma Black Belt in October 2013 and December 2013, respectively.
