Rick Eisenhauer

Rick Eisenhauer has a diverse work experience in the IT and corrections field. Rick currently works at Slipstream IT as a QA/Trainer Analyst starting in 2022. Before that, they worked at C3i Solutions for 12 years from 2010 to 2022. During their time at C3i Solutions, they held various roles including Senior Corporate Trainer, Level 2 HDI Support Center Analyst/HDI Team Lead, and Level 1 Help Desk Analyst. Prior to working at C3i Solutions, they worked at Columbia County Prison/USP Lewisburg as an IT Management/Corrections Officer for 16 years, from 1994 to 2010.

Rick Eisenhauer's education history begins in 1991 when they attended Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. Rick studied Behavioral Psychology at the university until 1994. In 2007, Rick enrolled at the Itt-Technical Institute and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Network Systems. Rick completed their studies and obtained their degree in 2010. Additionally, Rick returned to Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania during the same period from 1991 to 1994 to study Computer Science & Psychology, although it is unclear if they obtained a degree in this field. Prior to their university studies, Rick attended Berwick High School.

Rick has also obtained several certifications to further enhance their professional development. In 2018, they completed Friesen, Kaye and Associates' instructional design certification. In the same year, they also obtained the CTT+ Comptia Technical Trainer certification. In 2013, Rick earned the HDI (SCTL) - Support Center Team Lead and HDI (SCA) - Support Center Analyst certifications. Furthermore, they hold various certifications from CompTIA, including CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security Plus, CompTIA A+, CompTIA A+ (2009 edition), and CompTIA Professional. Recently, in 2023, Rick has taken several LinkedIn courses and acquired certifications in topics such as instructional design and effective learning.
