Jon Simmons

Jon Simmons is an experienced design and marketing professional with a focus on user experience and product design. Over the last 15 years, Jon has held key positions, including Director & Principal Designer at ShipStation and Atmosphere, and has contributed as a Contract UX Designer for various companies, enhancing their digital products and user interactions. As the Founder of Slow North, an all-natural home goods company, Jon has successfully scaled the business to ~$2MM in revenue while managing a diverse team. Jon’s educational background includes studying French and Fine Arts at Western Washington University and earning a certificate in French Language and Literature from Universite de Grenoble, Stendhal III. Currently, Jon serves as a Business Mentor for SCORE Mentors, supporting emerging entrepreneurs.
